You Don’t Need To Be Athletic.
You Just Want Your Body To Work Again.
Most people don’t stop training because they don’t care. They stop because their body starts pushing back. Movement feels harder. Confidence drops. Old niggles hang around. And the things you used to enjoy slowly fade out of your routine. I work with people who want to move well again — without forcing your body into programs that don’t fit.

Every person I work with moves differently, has a different history, and wants different things from their training. So that’s where I start. My approach blends functional movement with strength training, built around what your body can do right now — not what it “should” be able to do. The goal isn’t to push harder for the sake of it. The goal is to build strength, confidence, and resilience that actually carries over into your life.

People Come To Me For Different Reasons.
They Stay For The Same One.
Everyone I work with starts in a different place, but the goal is usually the same — to feel capable again.
These are real people with real lives, who wanted their body to support what matters to them, not limit it.

Curtis Scott
Chronic right knee patellar tendonopathy (3 years ongoing), plus wanting to add size and move more efficiently.
"My knee for the majority is pain free, which is something I haven't been able to say for three years. I'm In the best shape I've ever been, my body is moving efficiently which is allowing me to increase my play on court."
Results: Gained 7kg of mass in the off season; knee largely pain-free.

Calvin Burges
Improve overall strength and conditioning after slowing down from being very active in sport through his early 40s.
"I'm now stronger, fitter, I've lost the weight I wanted and most importantly I feel more energized and sharper in mind. July last year I had a major illness event and the doctors told me the reason I was able to recover so quickly was because I was fit and strong."
Results: Stronger, fitter, lost target weight and improved mental sharpness.

Jeremy Smith
Professional athlete wanting to improve hip mobility while maintaining strength.
"It has made me better on and off the court. I feel better overall, moving fluidly and stronger."
Results: Increased strength, improved endurance, and notably better mobility.

Elyce Baxter
Build confidence in the gym, improve technique, and build strength to support her running and reduce injury risk.
"I've been able to increase my strength without negatively affecting my running - I feel it improved my running and how I feel overall. Brett listened to my goals and what I wanted out of personal training. He built a program that aligned, and increased both my confidence in the gym and my technique."
Results: Stronger, better technique, more gym confidence, and improved running performance.
Why I Coach The Way I Do
I’ve seen too many people give up on training because it stopped working for them.
